血尿酸、血脂水平与高血压的相关分析

目的探讨血清中血尿酸、血脂水平与高血压患者和健康体检者之间的关系.方法生化分析仪检测382例高血压患者和302例健康体检者血尿酸（UA）,甘油三脂（TG）,总胆固醇（TCH）,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）,载脂蛋白A-I（ApoA-）I,载脂蛋白B（ApoB）.结果高血压组的UA、TG、TCH、LDL-C、ApoB均高于正常对照组,两者之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.HDL-C、ApoA-I均低于正常对照组,两者之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.结论血尿酸、血脂水平的改变与高血压有密切的相关性,互为因果,相互作用,且分别为独立的危险因素.

Correlation Analysis of Serum Uric acid,Lipid Levels and Hypertension

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum levels of uric acid and lipid and hypertension patients and healthy subjects.Method We measured the serum levels of ric acid（UA）,triglyceride（TG）,total cholesterol（TCH）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,low density lipid protein cholesterol（LDL-C）,apolipoprotein AI（ApoA-I）,apolipoprotein B（ApoB）of 382 cases of hypertension patients and 302 heathy subjects with biochemical method.Results The serum levels of UA,TG,TCH,LDL-C,ApoB of patients in hypertension group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.01）.The serum levels of HDL-C and ApoA-I of patients in hypertension group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The serum levels of uric acid and blood lipid are closely related with hypertension,uric acid and blood lipid had interactional effect,and they are independent risk factors
