| 摘 要： | 目的回顾分析12例颅外颈动脉狭窄的治疗,探讨颅外颈动脉狭窄的治疗方法的选择以及并发症的防治。方法12例有症状的颅外颈动脉狭窄病例,手术治疗12例。结果11例患者良好效果,均康复出院,随访6-20月未出现TIA发作,原病变血管再狭窄小于20%,人工血管通畅,患者认知能力较术前有显著地改善。结论手术治疗颅外颈动脉狭窄疗效肯定,加强围手术期监护,是减少并发症的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To retrospectively analyze the 12 carotid artery stenosis case. To study the selection of surgical procedures and the perioperative complications. Methods 12 patients underwent carotid artery surgery. Results 12 patients have good effect. Followed up from 6 to 20 months, no major cerebral complications were noted .
