| 摘 要： | 目的提高对于结节病的认识。方法回顾性分析有明确病理诊断的23例胸内结节病患者的临床资料。结果8例为无症状查体发现，10例仅表现为咳嗽，5例表现为发热、乏力等症状。术前影像诊断及，临床诊断6例（26％）考虑为恶性疾病。1例于外院按淋巴瘤治疗并接受化疗。结论结节病临床表现多种多样，影像诊断和临床诊断结节病易和肺癌、结核、淋巴瘤、淋巴结转移癌相混淆。对临床怀疑为结节病而诊断不能确定的患者，宜选择适当的活检技术明确诊断，同时排除恶性疾病和感染性疾病。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the recognition of sarcoidosis.Methods Clinical data of 23 cases with intrathoracic sarcoidosis confirmed pathologically were retrospectively analyzed.Results 8 cases were asymptomatic,10 cases complained cough,and 5 cases had fever and malaise.6 cases (26%) were diagnosed as malignancy,and 1 case received chemotherapy at local hospital.Conclusion Variety of clinical presentations of sarcoidosis makes it confused with lung cancer,tuberculosis,lymphoma and metastatic lymph nodes roentgenographically and clinically.For patients suspected of sarcoidosis,appropriate biopsy techniques should be used in order to confirm diagnosis and exclude malignancy and infectious diseases concurrently. |
