| 摘 要： | 目的通过对6例心力衰竭患者并发心室电风暴的病因、临床表现及治疗进行总结及分析。方法 6例患者24 h内均发生室速室颤2次,均给予内科综合治疗、电除颤及抗心律失常治疗。结果 6例患者平均电除颤15次。5例使用胺碘酮,同时3例应用倍他乐克静脉注射,1例口服;其中2例停用胺碘酮;2例加强补钾补镁,停用胺碘酮,给予阿托品及利多卡因静脉注射。1例使用艾司洛尔静脉注射治疗。结论β-受体阻滞剂疗效显著,单用胺碘酮疗效有限,胺碘酮与β-受体阻滞剂联合使用治疗心室电风暴,疗效值得肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize and analyze the etiology,clinical manifestations and treatments of heart failure combined with ventricular electrical storm.
