| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲状腺全切除术的指征与安全性。方法回顾性分析解放军第三医院1996年10月至2009年10月甲状腺全切除术78例患者的临床资料。结果甲状腺癌38例,巨大结节性甲状腺肿32例,结节性甲状腺肿单侧切除术后对侧复发8例。术后恢复顺利,痊愈出院。术后2例出现喉返神经损伤,均治愈。结论分化型甲状腺癌或伴有远处转移或良性病变但已失去正常甲状腺组织,为甲状腺全切除术的主要手术指征。术中细致解剖是确保手术安全性的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the security and indications of total thyroidectomy.Methods The clinical datas of 78 cases of total thyroidectomy in our hospital from October 1996 to October 2009 were analyzed.Results Thirty-eighy patients with thyroid carcinoma,32 patients with enormous multinodular goiter and 8 patients with recurrence adenoma were operated.All patients were recovered after operation,there were 2 cases of recurrent laryngeal nerve injury after surgery,all were cured.Conclusion The indications of... |
