| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腔静脉后输尿管的临床诊断与治疗。方法总结分析我院2003年7月至2010年8月16例下腔静脉后输尿管患者的资料。结果 16例患者术前联合应用相关影像学检查明确诊断,并行输尿管离断复位矫形术,恢复输尿管正常通道。术后随访2～84个月,右肾积水及输尿管上段扩张均明显减轻,输尿管通畅,吻合口未见狭窄。结论腔静脉后输尿管需联合各种影像学检查明确诊断,输尿管离断复位矫形术是主要的治疗方法,术中应用双J导管可减少狭窄的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment of retrocaval ureter.Methods Diagnosis and treatment for 16 cases of retrocaval ureter from July 2003 to October 2010 were analyzed.Results All 16 cases were diagnosed clearly preoperatively,and 16 cases were cut and anastomosed,with a flow-up of 2-84 months,the right nephrydrosis and the expansion of upper ureter were singnificantly reduced,anastomotic block wasn't found.Conclusion Retrocaval ureter are diagnosed clearly by takeing a variety of imag... |
