| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤（GIST）的临床特点与诊治体会。方法对51例经手术治疗的胃肠道间质瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并应用3种抗体（CD117、CD34、SMA）通过免疫组化方法进行分析研究。结果 GIST主要发生于胃及小肠,在所有患者中CD117均呈阳性表达,胞质弥漫强阳性染色;CD34阳性表达率为86.3%（44/51）;SMA阳性表达率为41.2%（21/51）。结论 GIST的临床表现和组织学检查无特异性,CD117和CD34标记阳性是确诊GIST最有价值的诊断依据,手术切除是其主要的治疗手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointesinal stromal tumors(GIST).Methods The clinical datas of 51 patients with gastrointesinal stromal tumor were analyzed retrospectively,and were studied by immunohist-ochemical method using three antibodies(CD117,CD34,SMA).Results Most GIST occurred in the stomach and small intestine,the positive expression of CD117 were in all the cases,the positive expression rates of CD34 and SMA were 86.3%and 41.2%,respectively.Conclusion There are no specific ... |
