三种不同方法治疗宫颈糜烂的临床效果

目的探讨微波、聚焦超声法和高频电波环切术（LEEP刀）治疗宫颈糜烂的临床效果。方法选择武汉市中心医院宫颈糜烂患者320例,其中轻度80例,随机分配到微波组（微波治疗）和聚焦超声法组（聚焦超声法治疗）,每组各40例;中度和重度糜烂各120例,随机分配到微波组、聚焦超声法组和LEEP组（LEEP刀治疗）,每组中度或者重度糜烂各40例。评定三组患者治疗后1个月、治疗后2个月和治疗后3个月治愈、好转和无效情况。结果①聚焦超声法治疗后与微波治疗后,各时间段及各种程度的治愈率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〈0.05）。②三种治疗方法对中度糜烂的治愈率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。对于重度糜烂LEEP治疗的治愈率高于聚焦超声法和微波治疗（P〈0.05）,而聚焦超声法治疗和微波治疗比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论微波和聚焦超声法治疗重度糜烂的疗效较差,LEEP治疗中、重度宫颈糜烂较前二者的治愈率高、愈合时间短,故轻度、中度糜烂可首选微波和聚焦超声法治疗,重度糜烂首选LEEP刀治疗。
