| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨CT引导下经皮肺穿刺对肺肿瘤的诊断价值及影响其准确性的因素。方法：对14例肺肿瘤经CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检取材，所取组织经病理组织学检查，分析其准确性。结果：CT引导肺穿刺的确诊率达86％，并发症发生率为14％，改善穿刺手法和加强护理可有效提高穿刺准确率。结论：CT引导肺穿刺活检是一种简便、准确、快速、有效、安全的诊断方法，具有重要的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective ：To explore the diagnosis value of CT- guided percutaneous transthoracic needle biopsy in patients with pneumonic diseases and the factors influencing its accuracy. Methods： CT - guided percutaneous transthoracic needle was carried out in 14 patients with pneumonic diseases, followed by pathological examination, the accuracy was analyzed in all cases. Results： The diagnosis rate was 86% and the rate of complications was 14% ,the accuracy rate of percutaneous will be effectively improved and the complications reduced through improving technique of percutanous and nursing. Conclusion： CT - guided percutaneous biopsy of pulmonary is simple, fast, safe and effective, its clinical significance is very important. |
