血栓通为主综合治疗突发性聋的疗效观察

目的观察以血栓通为主中西医结合综合治疗突发性聋病人的疗效。方法选择符合诊断标准的突发性聋病人116例,随机分为两组。血栓通组(74例):用血栓通静脉滴注加其他中西药综合治疗。对照组(42例):用中西药综合治疗。结果血栓通组总有效率91.9%,对照组总有效率78.6%,血栓通组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);116例病人中伴眩晕者总有效率73.3%,不伴眩晕者总有效率90.1%;116例病人中病程少于1周者总有效率为94%,病程超过1周者的总有效率71%。结论以血栓通为主中西医结合治疗突发性聋是一种有效的治疗方法。

Xueshuan Tong used as a main element of integrated medicine treatment for sudden deafness

Objective To observe the curative effect of sudden deafness by using Xueshuan Tong as a main element of integrated medicine. Methods 116 patients suffering from sudden deafness were randomly divided into two groups: the Xueshuan Tong group (74 cases) and the control group (42 cases). The Xueshuan Tong group were treated with Xueshuan Tong drips, plus other traditional Chinese herd and western medicine. The control group were treated with Fufang Danshen Injections instead of Xueshuan Tong drops plus the same tablets used in the Xueshuan Tong group except Xueshuan Tong Capsules. Results The effect rate of the Xueshuan Tong group was 91.9% and that of the control group was 78.6%; the curative effect of Xueshuan Tong group was better (P< 0.05). On an overall basis, for patients with vertigo the effect rate was 73.3%, and those without vertigo 90.1%; the difference was statistically significant. Of 116 cases, the overall curative rate was 94% with duration less than 1 week, and 71% with more than 1 week. Conclusion Xueshuan Tong as a main element in combination of the Chinese traditional medicine and the Western medicine is effective for sudden deafness.
