广东省围产儿先天愚型的流行趋势及干预对策

目的:了解广东省围产儿先天愚型发生的变化趋势及其流行病学特征,为进一步干预提供依据。方法:利用广东省出生缺陷监测网的数据,用SPSS统计软件分析处理。结果:广东省1998~2003年先天愚型的发生率有升高趋势,且随产母年龄的增加发生率成倍增加;城镇发生率高于农村,珠江三角等经济发达地区高于山区和东西两翼地区。结论:先天愚型发生率的升高与诊断水平的提高有关,同时也与高龄产妇的增多有关。应加强孕前期和孕期的宣传、保健、遗传咨询工作,尽快建立一种简便、快捷、诊断准确率高、规范的产前筛查和产前诊断方法,提高产前诊断水平,尤其是提高基层农村医疗保健机构的产前筛查识别能力,从而达到降低先天愚型患儿出生的目的。

The epidemic trend and preventive strategy of Down syndrome from 1998 to 2003 in Guangdong Province

Objective:To analyze the epidemic trend of Down syndrome in Guangdong Province,and set up a plan to reduce the incident rate of Down syndrome.Methods:The data of birth defect about Down syndrome in Guangdong Province were analyzed.Results:The incident rate of Down syndrome ascended from 1998 to 2003.The older is mother,the higher is the incident rate of Down syndrome,especially above 35 years old.And the rate in cities was higher than that in countries and mountain areas,the rate in developed areas was higher than that in developing areas.Conclusion:The increased incident rate of Down syndrome was related with the improved diagnosis ability.Another cause was more and more older mother.In order to reduce the incidence rate,the prenatal health care propagandizing and genetic counseling should be enhanced to find out a simple,timely,operative,accurate prenatal screening and diagnosing method,and improve the standard of prenatal diagnose,especially that in the primitive health organization.
