| 摘 要： | 目的 将舒适护理模式应用于骨科患者术后疼痛、焦虑及功能锻炼,提高患者对功能锻炼的耐受力.方法 将2006年1月～2007年12月在深圳宝安中医院骨外科住院的骨科患者术后患者共290例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各145例,两组均在连续被动运动(CPM)下进行功能锻炼.其中对照组在进行CPM功能锻炼前不采用任何干预措施,治疗组在进行CPM功能锻炼前先采用多源频谱仪或热水袋热敷患处15～20 min后再进行CPM功能锻炼.结果 在CPM功能锻炼前让患者热敷或采用多源频谱仪照射患肢后,能让患者更舒适、更有效地进行功能锻炼.治疗组在治疗前后关节活动度及关节功能评分比较,其结果 明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 将舒适护理应用于四肢骨折术后功能锻炼,患者感觉舒适,同时锻炼效果大大提高.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application of comfortable nursing on the pain,anxiety and function exercises after orthopedic surgery.Methods 209 orthopedic surgery patients were divided into treatment and control groups.Two groups of passive sport in succession(CPM)made function and did exercises,control group did not adopt any intervening measure,treatment group adopted many source spectral appearance or hot-water bottle fomentation for 15～20 min before doing exercises.Results Treatment group patients did exercises comfortably and effectively.The joint activity degree and joint function grade in treatment group were better than those in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions The application of comfortable nursing on the function exercises after orthopedic surgery make patients comfortable and enhance the clinic effects. |
