宜宾市高血压病发病及治疗情况调查

目的对宜宾市的高血压病发病率、知晓率、治疗率等情况进行调查，为三级预防提供依据。方法采取整群抽样方法。对各抽取单位按户口逐人进行调查，采用集中调查和入户面访相结合的方式对研究对象进行问卷调查，资料整理后进行统计学分析。结果宜宾市的高血压病患病率、知晓率、治疗率、规范服药率、控制率分别为17．37％、30．74％、21．27％、9．27％、8．22％。结论我市高血压病发病率较高，知晓率、治疗率、规范服药率、控制率较低，有必要在我市进一步增强高血压病知识宣教，普及高血压病预防知识，提高高血压病的知晓率、治疗率、规范服药率和控制率。

An epidemiological study on essential hypertension in Yibin city

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of essential hypertension in Yibin city. Methods Use cluster sampling survey and questionaire modality, the data were collected and analysed statistically. Results Rates of prevalence, awareness,treatment, regular medicine-taking and control were 17.37%, 30. 74%, 21.27%, 8.22% respectively. Conclusion The prevalence of hypertension is quite high in our city, but the rates of awareness ,treatment, regular mediclne-taking and control are comparatively low. It is necessary to carry out education on prevention and control of hypertension and to establish a series of standards for ameliorating the curative effect of hypertension.
