| 摘 要： | 肺炎克雷伯菌(KP)是细菌性肝脓肿(PLA)的首要致病菌。经皮穿刺引流联合抗生素已经成为KP肝脓肿(KPLA)的主要治疗方法,但仍存在引流效果不佳、术后复发、抗生素耐药等问题。本文对经皮穿刺引流联合抗生素治疗KPLA的研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Klebsiella pneumonia (KP) is the primary pathogen of pyogenic liver abscess (PLA). Percutaneous drainage combined with antibiotics has become the main treatment for KP liver abscess (KPLA), but there are still some problems such as poor drainage effect, postoperative recurrence and antibiotic resistance. The advancements of percutaneous drainage combined with antibiotics for treating KPLA were reviewed in this article. |
