疲劳的动物模型及发生机制研究进展

摘    要:如今,疲劳广泛存在于各类人群中,这与人们的生活方式以及紧张繁重的工作状态密切相关。疲劳因其发生原因多且对机体的影响相对主观,故并未受到人们的广泛关注和重视。在目前的药物或保健品抗疲劳功效研究中,已报道的疲劳动物模型有包括采用物理、化学、免疫和炎症、放射线、手术、基因工程和癌因等单一因素或多种因素所诱导构建的多种模型。并且人们对疲劳的发生机制提出了一系列学说,包括能量耗竭学说、代谢产物堆积学说、内环境稳态失调学说、自由基影响理论和中枢神经系统保护性抑制学说。本文就近20年来在抗疲劳药物和保健品研究中所涉及到的疲劳动物模型以及可能的发生机制进行了概况总结,为抗疲劳产品的功效评价和机制研究提供参考。

Abstract:Nowadays, fatigue is widespread among all kinds of people, and closely related to people"s lifestyles and stressful working states. Fatigue hasn"t been received more concern and attention because of its various causes and relatively subjective effects on the body. In the current studies on fatigue, various animal models have been established, including the models induced by single or multiple factors such as physics, chemistry, immunity and inflammation, radiation oncology, surgery, genetic engineering and cancer implantation. And the following theories on the mechanisms of fatigue have been acknowledged, including the energy depletion, metabolite accumulation, unbalanced homeostasis, free radical damage and central nervous system protective inhibition. This paper summarized the fatigue animal models and behavioral evaluation methods used in the study of anti-fatigue drugs or healthcare products, as well as their involved possible mechanisms published in the recent 20 years. That will provide the references for the efficacy evaluation and mechanism research of anti-fatigue products.
