| 摘 要： | 胰腺癌是消化系统最常见恶性肿瘤之一,多数患者确诊时已不能根治性切除。介入治疗因其微创性和有效性近年来用于缓解胰腺癌晚期相关症状,提高患者生存质量。经腹超声已广泛用于引导胰腺癌介入操作,各种超声新技术的应用,有望改善非手术治疗局部进展期胰腺癌的疗效。本文对超声在局部进展期胰腺癌经皮介入治疗中的应用进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Pancreatic cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive system, most cases of pancreatic cancer can not be radical resected at the time of diagnosis. Interventional therapy has been used to improve the quality of patients'' life in recent years. Transabdominal ultrasound has been widely used to guide the interventional operation of pancreatic cancer. In addition, the applications of various new ultrasound technologies are expected to improve the efficacy of non-surgical treatment for patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer. This article reviewed the application of ultrasound in percutaneous interventional treatment of locally advanced pancreatic cancer. |
