Abstract: | Objective To compare the amino acid components in Guilu Erxian Jiaopaste and granules and their effects on serum levels of immunoglobulin in rats. Methods Pre-column derivatization-UPLC was used to analyze 19 batches of samples, the fingerprints of Guilu Erxian Jiao paste and granules were established, and analyze the amino acid composition and take quantitative analysis of several components with the highest content. A model of rats with yang deficiency was established, and Guilu Erxian Jiao paste and granules were used as interventions to detect the content of IgA, IgG and IgM immunoglobulin in the serum of rats in each group. Results The fingerprints of Guilu Erxian Jiao paste and granules were successfully established, and 19 batches had similarities (P > 0.99). The standard products were used to determine 13 kinds of amino acid components, among which the 4 amino acids with higher content were L-hydroxyproline, glycine, alanine and L-proline. There was no significant difference in the content of these amino acids. And the two have similar effects on the serum levels of immunoglobulin in rats (P > 0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional paste, the granules showed no obvious difference in the qualitative analysis of amino acid components and the quantitative analysis of the main amino acid components and had similar pharmacological effects. Making plasters with Guilu Erxian Jiao granules is a better choice than using the traditional paste due to its simplicity and high efficiency, which makes it worth studying. |
