摘    要:骨质疏松症是严重危害人类健康的骨科疾患之一。中医药预防和治疗骨质疏松症优势及效果明显,但其分子机制尚不明确。随着骨质疏松症分子生物学的深入发展,已有研究显示长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)在骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)发病机制中有着重要作用。lncRNA参与骨形成-骨吸收过程,起着重要调节作用;lncRNA在OP的不同中医证型中差异性表达,提示其参与OP中医证的发生发展;中医药通过调控lncRNA参与骨代谢过程从而防治骨质疏松症。故本文基于lncRNA总结近年来该领域中医药治疗骨质疏松症的研究进展,进一步挖掘lncRNA为治疗的潜在靶点,为探讨中医药治疗骨质疏松症的分子机制提供新思路。

Abstract:Osteoporosis (OP) is one of the orthopedic diseases that seriously endanger human health. Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages and effects on the prevention and treatment of OP, but its molecular mechanism is not clear. With the further development of molecular biology in OP, studies have shown that long-chain non-coding RNA (lncRNA) plays an important role in the pathogenesis of OP. Studies have shown that lncRNA participates in the process of bone formation-bone resorption and plays an important regulatory role. Other studies have found that lncRNA is differently expressed in different TCM syndrome types of OP, suggesting that it is involved in the occurrence and development of TCM syndrome of OP. More and more experimental studies have confirmed that traditional Chinese medicine can prevent and treat OP by regulating lncRNA to participate in the process of bone metabolism. Therefore, based on lncRNA, this paper summarizes the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of OP in recent years, further excavates lncRNA as a potential target for treatment, and provides new ideas for exploring the molecular mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of OP.
