周围性面瘫面肌萎缩定量超声图像与临床表现的相关性初探

目的：本研究通过超声成像技术，探讨面部表情肌萎缩的定量超声图像与临床表现的相关性研究，为针灸临床及科学研究提供客观指标。方法：随机选取临床已出现面肌萎缩症状的患者30例为观察组，临床未出现面肌萎缩症状的患者30例为对照组，采用高频超声检测患者双侧面部表情肌厚度、平均回声强度及肌纤维改变并分析，为诊断面肌萎缩提供客观影像学依据。 结果：观察组健－患侧面部表情肌厚度对比有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；表情肌厚度改变、平均回声信号改变与面肌萎缩具有明显相关性，肌纤维改变与面肌萎缩治疗及预后相关。对照组健－患侧面部表情肌厚度对比无统计学意义（P＞0.05），平均回声信号较健侧无明显改变，肌纤维改变与治疗及预后相关。结论：面肌萎缩患者表情肌超声表现明显异常，肌肉厚度改变、平均回声强度改变及肌纤维改变是评价面肌萎缩及判断预后的可靠观察指标，超声定量评估面肌萎缩可为临床治疗及科研工作提供客观依据，值得临床推广应用。
