健康中国”背景下医院图书馆信息服务价值共创模式

目的：探讨“健康中国”背景下医院图书馆信息服务价值共创模式。方法：采用网络调查法、访谈法和问卷调查法了解医院图书馆信息服务现状和“健康中国”视域下公众信息服务的需求。对医院图书馆信息服务的价值进行SWOT分析,并提出信息服务价值共创模式的构建策略。结果：医院图书馆受封闭理念和硬件基础设施建设不足的影响未面向公众提供信息服务。当前公众对健康信息的利用度与信任度不匹配是制约着公众健康信息服务的重要因素。结论：构建信息服务网络平台,做好公众信息服务,开展健康信息素养培训,加强机构合作,建立长效保障机制等是实现医院图书馆信息服务价值的重要措施。

Value creation model of information service in hospital libraries under the background of "Healthy China"

Objective To establish the value creation model of information service in hospital libraries under thebackground of " Healthy China". Methods The information service in hospital libraries and the need of the publicfor information service under the background of " Healthy China" were investigated by online survey, interview and questionnaire survey respectively. The value of information service in hospital libraries was analyzed by SWOT analysis. The strategies for establishing the value creation model of information service were proposed. Results The Hospital libraries have not provided information service for the public due to their closed management concept andinsufficient infrastructure construction. The unmatched use and confidence of health information were the importantfactors restricting information service for the public. Conclusion Building network platform for information service,providing excellent information service for the public, training health information literacy, strengthening cooperationbetween different institutions, and establishing long-term support mechanisms are the important measures to realizethe value of information service in hospital libraries.
