摘    要:目的:测定复方盐酸麻黄碱滴鼻液中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸苯海拉明含量.方法:采用双波长紫外分光光度法测定,水作溶剂,选择盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸苯海拉明的测定波长对分别为257.0 nm/239.4 nm和230.0 nm/269.6 nm.结果:盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸苯海拉明的平均回收率分别为99.95%和99.37%,RSD分别为1.04%和0.67%.结论:该方法可用于复方盐酸麻黄碱滴鼻液的质量控制,适用于医院制剂的快速分析.

Abstract:Objective:To establish a method for determining the contents of ephedrine hydrochlorde and diphenydramine hydrochloride in nasal drops. Methods:A dual wavelength spectrophotometry was used to determine the element contents of compound ephedrine hydrochloride nasal drops. The wavelength sets of ephedrine hydrochloride and diphenydramine hydrochloride were at 257.0 nm/239.4 nm and 230.0 nm/269 nm, respectively. Results:The respective average recovery of ephedrine hydrochloride and diphenydramine hydrochloride were 99.95% and the RSD of them were 1.04% and 0.67%( n =5). Conclusion:The method we used was simple for hospital pharmacy.
