针刺加超短波治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病51例疗效观察

目的对比针刺加超短波与口服西药治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的疗效,以探寻好的治疗方法.方法根据随机等量原则将102例受试者分为针刺加超短波治疗组和药物治疗对照组,治疗组穴取下关、颊车、内关、三阴交;对照组口服安定、肠溶扶他林、阿司匹林.并采用盲法进行临床疗效评价.结果治疗组临床治愈率为74.5%,对照组为43.1%,经统计学分析,两组临床治愈率的差异有显著性意义(P<0.05).结论针刺加超短波治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病,方法简单,疗效显著.

Therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with ultra-short wave diathermy in 51 cases of temporomandibular disorders

Objective To compare therapeutic effects of acupunct ure plus ultra-short wave therapy and oral administration of western medicine o n temporomandibular disorders (TMD). Methods 102 cases of TMD were randomly divided into treatment g roup and control group. The treatment group were treated by acupuncture at Xiagu an (ST 7), Jiache (ST 6), Neiguan (PC 6) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6) in combination wi th ultra-short wave therapy, and the control group were treated by oral adminis tration of diazepam, enteric vatalin and aspirin. The therapeutic effect was eva luated with blind method. Results The clinically cured rate was 74 5% in the treatment g roup and 43 1% in the control group with a significant difference between the t wo groups (P<0 05). Conclusion Acupuncture plus ultra-short wave therapy has a mar ked therapeutic effect on temporomandibular disorders with simple manipulation.
