| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用术中CT导航系统引导下行脊柱手术的护理配合与管理。方法分析281例应用手术中CT导航系统脊柱手术的护理管理，总结护理特点。结果本组所有病例手术均顺利结束，患者手术效果好，植入物定位准确，无明显的护理并发症发生，手术护理配合均达到医生满意。结论合理的手术护理配合是手术成功的重要保障，优质的手术室护理管理可以有效地保证患者的手术安全。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the intraoperative CT navigation between the management of specific models of spinal surgery. Methods Navigation system CT nursing management was used in 281 cases of spinal surgery and the nursing characteristics was summarized. Results The end of surgery ou patients were successful, the effect were well, implant positioning accuracy, physician were satisfied with the surgical nursing. Conclusions Surgery with reasonable care and protection is essential to the success of surgery and operating room nursing quality management can guarantee the safety of patients with surgery. |
