摘    要:妊娠是一个复杂而又协调的生理过程,母一胎界面正常免疫耐受的建立和维持是妊娠成功与否的关键。母体胎盘、激素水平、黏附分子、细胞因子、人类白细胞抗原、自然杀伤细胞、调节性T淋巴细胞等在母一胎免疫耐受过程中均有重要作用。此外,吲哚胺2,3-双加氧酶作为一种分解代谢酶,其自身的表达调控及其与多种免疫因子、免疫细胞的相互作用在妊娠免疫耐受中也发挥着重要而复杂的作用。

I Research Progress of the Mechanism in Immune Tolerance during Pregnancy

Abstract:Pregnancy is a complex and harmonious physiological process. The establishment and mainte- nance of maternal-fetal immunological tolerance is critical for normal pregnancy. The maternal placenta,level of hormones, adhesion molecule, cytokines human leukocyte antigen natural killer cell and regulatory T cell play important roles in maternal-fetal immunological tolerance. Additionally, the indoleamine 2,3-dioxygen- ase a catabolic enzyme, exerts vital and complex effects on maternal-fetal tolerance by regulating its self- expression and interactions with a variety of immune molecules and ceils.
