摘    要:脑白质变性(WMLs)是头颅磁共振成像常见的影像学改变。近期很多导致WMLs的血管危险因素已经被确认。对WMLs患者家族进行研究发现,遗传因素对于疾病的发生、发展极为重要。目前的研究进一步证实某些基因突变与其他基因的相互作用以及与血管危险因素的相互影响会导致WMLs。利用基因筛查及诊断技术,对该疾病的诊断可见于临床症状出现之前,如脑卒中和痴呆。因此,深入研究导致疾病的遗传因素对疾病的早期诊断有重要的价值。

Research Progress of the Genetic Factors of White Matter Lesions

Abstract:Abstract: White matter lesions ( WMLs ) are common cranial MRI imaging changes. Recently, many vascular risk factors for WMLs have been confirmed. But by research of the family history, it's discovered that genetic factors are extremely important for the occurrence and development of WMLs. The current research further confirmed that certain gene mutations interaction with other genes, as well as interactions with vascular risk factors lead to WMLs. Using genetic screening and diagnostic technology, we can diagnose the disease before the appearance of clinical symptoms, such as stroke and dementia. Therefore in-depth study of genetic factors for the early diagnosis of WMLs has important value.
