糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样变临床探讨

目的 探索糠酸莫米松治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样变的临床效果.方法 将江油九○三医院妇产科于2012年1月至2013年3月收治的80例外阴上皮内非瘤样变患者依据随机数字表法分为两组：糠酸莫米松组（40例）采用糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗,超声聚焦组（40例）采用高强度超声聚焦治疗.观察两组患者的治疗效果.结果 糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样变的治愈率为85.0%,高强度超声聚焦治愈率为82.5%,两组比较差异无统计学意义（u=1.82,P＞0.05）.结论 糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样变安全、无创、有效、治愈率高,值得临床推广.

Clinical Analysis of Mometasone Furoate Cream on the Treatment of Non-neoplasia Epithelial Disorders of Skin and Mucosa of Vulva

Objective To evaluate the effect of mometasone furoate cream on treatment of non-neoplasia epithelial disorders of skin and mucosa of vulva. Methods During Jan. 2012 and Mar. 2013,80 patients diagnosed with nonneoplasia epithelial disorders of skin and mueosa of vulva from Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of 903 Hospital of Jiangyou were randomly divided into two groups ：the study group and the control group. The 40 patients of the study group were treated with mometasone furoate cream ; the 40 patients of the control group were treated with high intensity focused ultrasound. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed. Results The cure rate of the study group was 85.0%, of the control group was 82.5 %, no statistically significant difference （ U = 1.82, P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Mometasone furoate cream treatment ofor vulvar intraepithelial non-neoplastic degeneration is safe, non-invasive, effective, and with high cure rate, thus is worthy of clinical promotion.
