妈富隆治疗绝经过渡期功能失调性子宫出血的研究

目的 观察妈富隆治疗绝经过渡期功能失调性子宫出血（DUB）的临床效果.方法 选取2010年9月至2011年10月在深圳市西乡人民医院诊治的82例绝经过渡期DUB患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,分别给予妈富隆和米非司酮治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果 妈富隆组较米非司酮组完全止血时间缩短,治疗后血红蛋白（Hb）水平显著升高（P〈0.01）,治愈率显著提高（χ2=15.890,P〈0.01）,子宫内膜显著变薄（P〈0.01）,而两组间不良反应比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论 妈富隆治疗绝经过渡期DUB止血快、疗效好,不良反应轻微,值得推广应用.

Marvelon Treatment of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding during Menopausal Transition

Objective To observe clinical efficacy of marvelon for treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding（DUB） during menopausal transition. Methods A total of 82 patients with menopausal transition dysfunctional uterine bleeding from Shenzhen Xixiang People＇s Hospital during Sep. 2010 and Oct. 2011 were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table, patients in the two groups were given treatment of marvelon or mifepristone respectively, and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results Stop bleeding time in the marvelon group was shorter than the mifepristone group,hemoglobin was significantly increased after treatment（ P 〈 0.01 ）, the cure rate was improved （ X2 = 15. 890, P 〈 0.01 ）, endometrium was thinner（ P 〈 0.01 ） , but adverse reactions between the two groups had no statistically signif- icant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Marvelon for treating DUB during menopausal transition, can stop bleeding fast with better efficacy and mild adverse reactions, which should be widely applied.
