我国常见先天性心脏病的介入治疗进展

先天性心脏病指出生时就存在的心血管结构或功能异常,先天性心脏病的发病率为0.5%～1%,以往传统外科手术是主要的治疗方法,自1966年首例应用球囊导管行房间隔造口术姑息治疗大动脉转位成功后,经导管介入治疗已逐步成为先天性心脏病的重要治疗方法,随着介入材料的发展、各种不同介入器械的不断更新,先天性心脏病的介入治疗取得了重大进展并趋于规范化.该文就房间隔缺损、室间隔缺损及动脉导管未闭三种我国常见先天性心脏病的介入治疗的新进展进行综述.

Progress of Interventional Treatment for Common Congenital Heart Diseases in China

Congenital heart disease is an abnormality of cardiovascular structure or function occurring at birth,the incidence of which is around 0.5%-1%, and surgery used to be primary treatment. Since the first case of applying balloon catheter to treat transposition of great arteries was successful in 1966, transcatheter intervention has gradually become an important treatment for congenital heart disease. As intervention materi- als and interventional devices are developed constantly, the interventional treatment of congenital heart disease has.made significant progress and become standardized. Here is to make a review of the progresses of interventional treatment of three common congenital heart diseases in China, namely atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect and patent ductus arteriosus ovale.
