| 摘 要： | 心肌缺血/再灌注损伤是临床麻醉围术期经常面临的一种病理生理变化,如何避免或减轻心肌缺血/再灌注损伤已成为心肌保护的研究热点之一.芬太尼及瑞芬太尼作为临床常用阿片类麻醉药,已越来越多地被应用于心脏患者的临床麻醉,并通过多种途径起到保护心肌的作用.该文从多个方面阐述了国内外对于芬太尼及瑞芬太尼在心肌保护作用机制方面的研究现状及进展.

| Abstract: | Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury is a kind of pathophysiological change often occurring during the perloperative period. How to avoid or reduce the myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury has become one of the hot issues in myocardial protection. As a commonly used opioid anaesthetics, fcntanyl and remifen- lanil have been increasingly used in clinical anesthesia in patients with heart diseases,and play a role in pro- toction of myocardium through a variety of means. Here is to gives a comprehensive analysis on protective effect of fentanyl and remifcntanil against the myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury both in China and abroad. 4 |
