摘    要:微量元素钼是1778年被发现的高熔点稀有金属,是人体必需的微量元素之一。钼由消化道吸收,通过肾脏、胆汁、汗液以及头发排泄,主要以无机盐及与蛋白结合构成含钼酶的辅助因子两种方式参与物质的代谢过程。目前在生物体内发现的钼酶已超过40种。钼还与其他微量元素通过协调或拮抗作用共同维持机体功能稳定。适量的钼对人体各项生命活动具有重要意义,但钼缺乏和钼蓄积均会引起机体多系统功能障碍。

Research Progress in Physiological Role of Trace Elements Molybdenum and Its Influence on Human Body

Abstract:Trace elements molybdenum, rare metals of high mehing point,was discovered in 1778, and it is one of essential trace elements in human body. Molybdenum is mainly absorbed in the digestive tract, and excreted by the kidney, bile, sweat, and hair. Mo is involved in the metabolism mainly through two ways : inor- ganic salts and molybdenum-containing enzyme cofactor. Currently, more than 40 kinds of the molybdenum enzyme have been found in the living body. Molybdenum and other trace elements maintain body function firmly by synergy and antagonism. It is important for life activities of the human body to maitain appropriate amount of molybdenum, while molybdenum deficiency and molybdenum accumulation will cause multi-system dysfunction of the body.
