| 摘 要： | 随着高效抗反转录病毒治疗的广泛应用,人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）感染者/获得性免疫缺陷综合征的病死率显著降低,乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）感染所致的肝脏疾病逐渐成为HIV感染者发病和死亡的主要原因.HIV人群中HBV感染率稍高于普通人群.HIV与HBV是否存在相互影响尚存在争议.合并HIV感染的HBV患者抗病毒治疗时机及方案有待进一步研究.

| Abstract: | Mortality of HIV/AIDS patients has been way down along with the wide application of HAART. Liver-related disease because of HBV has gradually become the leading cause of attack and death among HIV/AIDS patients. HBV infection rate in the population with HIV is slightly higher than that of the general population. Whether there is interaction between HIV and HBV is still controversial. Antiviral treat- ment timing and plan to HIV/HBV co-infection patients still needs to be further studied. |
