| 摘 要： | 进展期胃癌的治疗方法主要有手术治疗、化疗、放疗、腹腔内热灌注治疗及分子靶向治疗等.因现行医疗体制存在局限性,胃癌的早期发现和早期治疗较为困难.目前,手术治疗仍是根治胃癌的唯一方法,配合新辅助化疗、同步放化疗、术中腹腔内热灌注治疗及分子靶向治疗等其他辅助治疗方法可以取得更好的治疗效果.以手术治疗为主的综合治疗目前仍是治疗进展期胃癌的主要方式.进展期胃癌的治疗研究仍在进行当中.

| Abstract: | The main methods to cure gastric carcinoma include surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy （ IPHC ）, molecular targeted therapy, etc.. Due to the limitations of the existing health care system, early diagnosis and treatment to gastric carcinoma is not easy. Surgery is the only way to cure gastric carcinoma, and better therapeutic effects can be obtained from other treatment such as ehemotheraTy, radiotherapy, IPHC, molecular targeted therapy, etc.. Comprehensive treat- ment based on surgery ig still predominance. The study of the treatment is still in progress. |
