血小板源性生长因子（PDGF）家族成员根据其形成的二聚体的不同分为5种.作为重要的生长因子,PDGF参与调控细胞生长与分裂等众多生理活动,是间叶组织来源细胞（如平滑肌细胞与神经胶质细胞）重要的分裂原,并在血管生成中发挥重要作用.该文主要就PDGF的分子结构、生理功能等进行论述,尤其是对PDGF的一个亚型PDGF-BB与脑卒中以及运动疗法的关系等相关研究进展予以综述.

Research Progress in the Role of Platelet-Derived Growth Factors in Exercise Therapy for Stroke

Platelet-derived growth factor（PDGF） family members is divided into five subtypes according to the formation of the dimer. As an important growth factor, PDGFs are involved in many physiological activi- ties ,such as regulating cell growth and division ,and are important mitogens of the tissue-derived mesenchy- mal cells（ such as glial cells and smooth muscle cells） ,and play an important role in angiogenesis. Here is to make a review of the molecular structure, physiological functions of PDGF, with a special focus on a subtype （PDGF-BB） and its relationship with stroke and exercise therapy.
