摘 要: | 近年来,梅毒及人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)的感染人数在上升,同时梅毒能够增加HIV的传播,两者共同感染对各自的病程都有影响.细胞因子是一类由细胞分泌、具有多种功能的高活性小分子蛋白质,在HIV感染早期以及疾病的进展中,作为免疫失调和免疫缺陷的一部分,是控制病毒复制的决定因素.其中1型和2型细胞因子在两者合并感染中的病程不同阶段所发生的变化有所不同.该文对近年来细胞因子在梅毒和HIV合并感染中的相关研究进展予以综述.

Abstract: | In recent years, the number of infections of syphilis and HIV is on the rise, while syphilis can increase the spread of HIV, the co-infection has an impact on each course. Cytokiues are a class of highly active small molecule protein secreted by cells with multiple functions, which is the determining factor in early HIV infection and progression of the disease, as part of immune disorders and immune deficiencies, and the control of viral replication. Changes of type 1 and type 2 cytokines are different in different stages of the coinfection. Here is to make a review of the research progress of cytokines in syphilis and HIV co-infection in recent years. |
