| 摘 要： | 研究发现,肺经风热证、湿热蕴结证和血瘀痰凝证是痤疮中医辨证分型的主要证型;心理因素是痤疮发病和加重的重要因素.目前国内外关于痤疮的中医证型与心理因素相关性研究相对较少,它们之间是否存在特异性及普遍性还有待进一步的研究.痤疮作为青春期男女高发的常见皮肤病,其中医证型与心理因素相关性研究将有益于痤疮的预防和治疗.

| Abstract: | Studies found that lung wind-heat syndrome, endoretention of damp heat and blood stasis with phlegm are the major TCM syndrome types of acne; psychological factors are an important factor in onset and aggravation of acne. Correlation between acne TCM syndrome and psychological factors are not extensively studied at home and abroad, and the existence of specificity and universality between them remains to be further studied. The research on correlation between TCM syndrome of acne, a common skin disease among adolescents, and psychological factors will benefit the prevention and treatment of ache. |
