| 摘 要： | 生长分化因子15（GDF-15）属于转化生长因子β超家族成员的一个远支,是一个重要的心血管保护因子.随着研究的广泛与深入,发现GDG-15水平与心血管疾病的诊断、危险分层以及预后判断密不可分,尤其是在急性冠状动脉综合征中的作用愈加凸显,其能否作为急性冠状动脉综合征诊断的独立生物学标志物具有长远意义.

| Abstract: | Growth differentiation factor-15 （GDF-15） is a distant branch of the transforming growth factor 13（TGF-13） family. It is an important factor of cardiovascular protection. As the widening and deepe- ning of GDF-15 research,it＇s discovered that the levels of GDF-15 and cardiovascular disease diagnosis, risk stratification and prognosis are inseparable, especially increasingly highlighted in acute coronary syndrome, and whether it can be used as an independent biological markers for diagnosis has long-term significance. |
