布地奈德联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效分析

目的 探讨布地奈德联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果.方法 选择商洛市第二人民医院2010年1月至2012年12月收治的60例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组（孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗）和对照组（布地奈德治疗）,每组各30例,治疗8周后观察两组的疗效及治疗前后患儿用力肺活量（FVC）、第1秒用力呼气量（FEV1）及FEV1/FVC改善情况.结果 治疗后两组患儿疗效比较差异具有统计学意义（Z=-2.036,P〈0.05）.治疗8周后治疗组患儿肺功能指标FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC较治疗前及对照组显著改善（P〈0.05）.结论 布地奈德联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效显著,其能显著改善患儿的肺功能,值得临床推广和应用.

Analysis of the Effect of Budesonide and Montelukast Combination Therapy on Infantile Cough Variant Asthma

Objective To observe the effect of budesonide and montelukast combination therapy on infantile cough variant asthma. Methods A total of 60 cases of infantile cough variant asthma in the Second People＇s Hospital of Shangluo City from January 2010 to December 2012 were divided into the treatment group（ budesonide and moutelukast combination therapy）and the control group（ budesonide therapy）depen- ding on the treatment methods, 30 cases in each group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups and the improvement of forced vital capacity（ FVC ）, forced expiratory volume in one second （FEV1）and FEV1/FVC before and after treatment were observed after 8 weeks of treatment. Results After treatment,the therapeutic effect had significant difference between the two groups（ Z = - 2. 036,P 〈 0.05 ）. After eight weeks of treat- ment,the pulmonary function indicators FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC of the treatment group were improved more significantly than before treatment and the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combination therapy of budesonide and montelukast has significant therapeutic effect on treating cough variant asthma, which can significantly improve lung function and is worthy of promotion and application.
