恶性肿瘤是导致死亡的重大疾病之一,而肿瘤的生物治疗因具有符合生理、高效和低毒的特点,已经成为手术、化疗、放疗外的第四种肿瘤治疗方式,有着巨大的治疗前景.免疫活性细胞的体内注射是肿瘤生物治疗的一个重要领域.其中,树突状细胞（DC）与细胞因子诱导的杀伤（CIK）细胞是肿瘤生物治疗的两个主要组成部分,两者联合确保了一个高效和谐的免疫系统,已成为当今肿瘤治疗研究的热点之一.该文就DC-CIK细胞的生物学特性及其在肿瘤生物治疗中的研究进展进行综述.

DC-CIK Cells Biological Characteristics and Research Progress in Cancer Treatment

Malignant tumor is one of diseases that can lead to death, biological therapy for tumor has become the fourth therapy after surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and has giant application prospect because of characteristics of consistency with physiological, highly-efficient and low toxicity. In vivo injection of tumor immune active cells is an important field of biological treatment. Among them, the dendritic cells （DC） and cytokine induced killer（CIK） cells are two main components of biological therapy of cancer, and the combination of the two ensures an efficient and harmonious immune system, which has become a hot topic in the tumor treatmentnowadays, and here is to review the biological char- acteristies and research progress in cancer treatment of DC-CIK cells.
