细胞骨架生物力学的研究进展

摘    要:细胞骨架是由微丝、微管和中间纤维等组成的纤维状聚合物和各种调控蛋白交错连接的网络结构,分别与细胞膜上的特殊结构(如黏附斑、细胞间连接等)相互联系,并与细胞核的支架系统相互作用.在不同力的作用下,细胞发生不同的形变,继而引起不同的细胞骨架组分的重装,表现出不同的细胞反应,在真核细胞内对维持细胞形态、细胞内运输、变形运动、细胞分化及受体介导的信号转导等方面发挥着重要作用.细胞骨架参与的各种生理活动常与其动态变化紧密相连.

Research Advances in Cytoskeletal Biomechanics

Abstract:Cytoskeleton is a cross-connected network of fibrous polymer composed of microfilaments, microtubules and intermediate filament and various regulatmT proteins, which links with special structures on the cell membrane, such as:focal adhesion and intercellular connections and so on,interacts with nucleus support system. Under different forces, cells are in different deformation, causing the reloading of the compo- nents of cellular skeleton, and different ceil reactions. It plays an important role in the maintenance of cell shape,intracellular transport, deformation movement, cell differentiation and receptor-mediated signal trans- duction in the eukaryotic cell Cytoskelctal's involvement in various physiological activities often bound together tightly with dynamic change.
