| 摘 要： | 声门型喉癌是喉癌最常见的类型，其中早期声门型喉癌的首选治疗方式一直存在争议。随着研究者及患者对于治疗后声音及生活质量的重视，以及不愿手术或不适合手术的患者对于非手术治疗的期望，各种非手术治疗方式不同程度的应用于临床治疗。近年来改进的单纯放疗方式及同步放化疗方式治疗早期声门型喉癌成为研究热点。该文就放疗及同步放化疗在早期声门型喉癌中的应用进展予以综述。

| Abstract: | Early glottic cancer is the most common type of larynx cancer, and the controversy on the choice of primary therapy has been going on. As researchers and patients pay more attention to the voice qual- ity and life quality after treatment, and patients who don＇t want surgery or aren＇t suitable for surgery are expecting, a variety of nonoperative treatments are also used in clinical treatment. Recently, improved radio- therapy and concurrent chemoradiotherapy have been a hot spot of the research. And here is to make a review of the recent research progress in radiotherapy and concurrent chemoradiotherapy of early glottic cancer. |
