甲状腺肿瘤普外科手术治疗的临床特点分析

目的探讨甲状腺肿瘤普外科手术治疗的临床特点。方法本研究选择的对象共80例,均为中江县人民医院于2010年5月至2012年5月收治的甲状腺良性肿瘤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组采用传统开放性手术治疗,观察组采用腔镜辅助颈部小切口手术治疗,对两组患者治疗情况进行对比和分析。结果两组手术均成功完成,观察组手术时间显著多于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;术中出血量、并发症发生率、术后住院时间显著少于对照组,平均随访6个月,观察组切口满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论甲状腺肿瘤采用腔镜辅助下小切口术治疗,可加快术后康复进程,降低并发症发生率,提高手术安全性和有效性,进而提高患者的生存质量和改善患者的生活质量。

Analysis on Clinical Features of Operations on Thyroid Neoplasms in General Surgery Department

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of thyroid tumors operations in general surgery department. Methods This study included 80 cases of benign thyroid tumor,all from Zhongjiang People＇s Hospital during May 2010 and May 2012,which were randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases each,the control group was given traditional open surgery treatment,and the observation group was given endoscopy assisted small neck incision surgery,the treatment conditions of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Both of the groups successfully completed surgery,and surgery time of the observation group was obviously more than the control group with statistically significant difference（ P 0. 05）; intraoperative blood loss,complications,postoperative length of hospital stay,were less than the control group obviously, during 6 months follow-up on average,satisfaction of incision of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Endoscopy assisted small incision surgery for thyroid tumor,can accelerate the postoperative recovery process,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the safety and effectiveness,thus improving the survival and life quality of the patients.
