PWV、ABI及hsCRP与冠心病病情严重程度的相关性研究

目的探讨脉搏波传导速度（PWV）、踝臂指数（ABI）及超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病）病情严重程度的相关性。方法选择2010年2月至2012年2月在锡山人民医院经冠状动脉造影证实的120例冠心病患者为冠心病组,包括42例冠状动脉单支病变、45例冠状动脉双支病变及33例多支病变。选择同期80例健康体检者为正常对照组,探讨PWV、ABI及hs-CRP与冠心病的相关性。结果与正常对照组相比,冠心病组PWV及hs-CRP显著升高,ABI显著降低（P〈0.05）;在冠心病单支病变、双支病变及多支病变患者中,PWV及hs-CRP依次升高,ABI依次降低（P〈0.05）;Pearson相关分析结果显示：冠状动脉病变严重程度与PWV及hs-CRP正相关（r=0.576,0.628,P〈0.05）,与ABI呈负相关（r=-0.752,P〈0.05）。结论 PWV、hs-CRP及ABI与冠心病严重程度相关,可作为冠心病危险分层的评估指标。

Correlation Study of PWV,ABI and hs-CRP with Disease Severity of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To explore the correlation of PWV,ABI and hs-CRP with disease severity of coronary atherosclerotic heart（ CAH） disease. Methods A total of 120 CAH cases with coronary heart disease during Feb. 2010 and Feb. 2012 in Xishan People＇s Hospital were selected as CAH group,including 42 cases with single vessel lesions,45 cases with two vessel lesions and 33 cases with multiple vessel lesions. 80 healthy persons who came for physical examination during the same period were selected as control group. The correlation of PWV,ABI and hs-CRP with coronary heart disease were studied. Results Compared with the control group,PWV and hs-CRP of the CAH group greatly increased and ABI decreased（ P 0. 05）. In the patients with single,two and multiple vessel coronary lesions,PWV and hs-CRP gradually increased and ABI gradually decreased（ P 0. 05）. Pearson correlation analysis results showed that disease severity of coronary heart disease was positively correlated with PWV and hs-CRP（ r = 0. 576,0. 628,P 0. 05）,while negatively correlated with ABI（ r =0. 752,P 0. 05）. Conclusion PWV,ABI and hs-CRP are closely related with disease severity of coronary heart disease,and can be evaluation indexes of risk stratification.
