疏血通与依那普利联合治疗糖尿病肾病疗效的比较

目的观察疏血通联合依那普利治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法选择昆山市第二人民医院2011年4月至2013年1月收治的82例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为疏血通联合依那普利治疗组（联合用药组）42例和依那普利治疗组（依那普利组）40例。比较两组患者治疗后的疗效及治疗前、治疗后高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2 h血糖（2 hPG）、总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、尿蛋白排泄率（24 hUPE）的变化。结果疏血通联合依那普利治疗组患者的疗效显著高于依那普利组（H=8.369,P〈0.05）。两组患者血清hs-CRP、FPG、2 h PG、TC、TG、24 hUPE水平治疗后较治疗前显著改善（P〈0.05）,且联合用药组血清hs-CRP、FPG、2 hPG、TC、TG、24 h UPE水平均显著低于依那普利组（P〈0.05）。结论疏血通联合依那普利治疗糖尿病肾病疗效确切,值得临床应用推广。

Comparison of the Effect of Shuxuetong and Enalapril on Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To explore clinical therapeutic effect of Shuxuetong and enalapril on diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 82 DN cases from Apr. 2011 to Jan. 2013 of the Second People＇s Hospital of Kunshan were selected,which were randomly divided into 2 groups,42 cases in the Shuxuetong and enalapril treatment group and 40 cases in enalapril treatment group. The curative effect and hs-CRP,FPG,2 h PG, TC,TG,24 h UPE level of the two groups were compared. Results The therapeutic effect of Shuxuetong and enalapril treatment group was higher than enalapril treatment group（ H = 8. 369,P 0. 05）. The levels of CRP,FPG,2 h PG,TC,TG,24 h UPE after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment（ P 0. 05）. The levels of CRP,FPG,2 h PG,TC,TG,24 h UPE in Shuxuetong and enalapril treatment group were significantly lower than enalapril treatment group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Shuxuetongand combined with enalapril on diabetic nephropathy is significant,thus is worthy of popularizing.
