骨科静脉血栓栓塞症的预防

静脉血栓栓塞症（VTE）是骨科围术期死亡的重要原因之一.骨科患者种类繁多,VTE的发生率差异明显.目前,对于骨科大手术患者（人工全髋关节置换、全膝关节置换和髋部周围骨折手术）的VTE研究较多,国内外都有相关的VTE预防指南.而对于其他骨科患者,特别是一些VTE高危的创伤骨科患者,如骨盆髋臼骨折、股骨干骨折、膝周骨折,目前国内外还没有明确的VTE预防指南.

Prophylaxis of Venous Thromboembolism in Orthopaedic Patients

Venous thromboembolism（VTE） is one of the major causes of death in orthopaedic patients perioperatively. Orthopaedic patients is a heterogenous population,the incidence of VTE is diverse for different kind of orthopaedic patients. There are lots of studies about the VTE prevention in major orthopedic surgery （total hip arthroplasty, total knee arthroplasty, and hip fractures surgery）, and clinical practice guidelines of VTE prevention could been found for major orthopedic surgery patients at home and abroad. However,for oth- er orthopaedic patients,especially the high risk VTE patients, such as patients with pelvic and/or acetabular fracture, femoral shaft fracture or fractures around the knee, there are still no definite VTE prevention guide- lines either in China or abroad.
