高血压脑出血的外科治疗进展

外科手术是高血压性脑出血主要的治疗方式之一，然而目前国内外对各种手术方法的选择仍有争议，我国亦缺乏出血性脑卒中外科治疗规范。外科手术在出血性脑卒中治疗中应用差异很大，主要有骨瓣开颅血肿清除术、小骨窗血肿清除术、脑内镜手术、神经导航技术、立体定向血肿排空术、CT导向穿刺血肿抽吸术，应根据患者病情选择相应的手术方案，同时从根本上预防脑出血致死率及致残率是关键。

Progress in Surgical Treatment of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Surgery is one of the main treatments for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, however, at home and abroad the choice of a variety of surgical methods is still controversial, standardized surgical treat- ment of hemorrhagic stroke is still in need in China. The application of surgical approaches including decom- presaive craniectomy, small window craniotomy decompressive, endoscopic surgery, neuronavlgation, stereotactie surgery,CT-~uided stereotactic aspiration,should be selected according to the patient＇s condition appropriately. And the fundamental prevention is the key to reduce the mortality and disability rate of cerebral hemorrhage.
