痰热清注射液合并阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效探讨

目的 探讨痰热清注射液合并阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效.方法 选择解放军第二炮兵总医院2009年1月至2012年9月收治的132例急性期肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的临床资料,其中66例患儿采用阿奇霉素序贯进行治疗,而其他66例患儿采用痰热清注射液合并阿奇霉素序贯治疗,比较患儿的临床疗效和临床症状消失情况.结果 痰热清注射液合并阿奇霉素序贯治疗患儿的临床总有效率达到98.48%,显著高于阿奇霉素序贯治疗患儿的（77.27%）,且差异有统计学意义（Z=12.1831,P〈0.05）,而且痰热清注射液合并阿奇霉素序贯治疗患儿的临床症状和体征（如咳嗽、发热、喘息、肺部啰音等）消失时间显著短于阿奇霉素序贯治疗患儿（P〈0.05）.结论 痰热清注射液联合阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎可显著提高有效率,值得临床广泛推广和应用.

Clinical Efficacy of Tanreqing Injection Combined with Azithromycin for Sequential Treatment of Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of tanreqing injection combined with azithro- mycin for sequential treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods During Jan. 2009 and Sep. 2012,132 children with acute Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were admitted into the Second Artillery General Hospital ,of which,66 children were treated with azithromycin sequential therapy and the other 66 children with tanreqing injection combined with azithromycin sequential therapy. Results After treatment, total efficiency of children with tanreqing injection combined with azithromycin sequential therapy was 98.48% ,significantly higher than children with azithromyein sequential therapy（77.27% ） ,and the difference was statistically significant （ Z = 12.1831, P 〈 0.05 ） , and the clinical signs and symptoms such as cough, fever, wheezing, pulmonary rales disappearance time was significantly shorter, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Tanreqing injection combined with azithromycin for sequential treat- ment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children can significantly improve the treatment efficiency, and it is worthy of wide clinical application.
