急性下肢深静脉血栓的腔内治疗现状及进展

急性下肢深静脉血栓形成（LEDVT）是最常见的深静脉疾病之一,根据病变部位、严重程度不同可有不同的临床表现,其中血栓脱落极易导致肺栓塞的发生,严重威胁患者生命.其临床治疗十分棘手,目前尚无满意的治疗方法.近年来,腔静脉滤器置入、导管溶栓、机械性血栓清除和血栓抽吸等腔内介入技术的应用,使传统的内、外科治疗受到挑战.该文就目前急性LEDVT的临床研究和腔内治疗予以综述,并探讨腔内治疗的可行性、有效性及安全性.

Advancement and Status of Endovascular Therapy for Acute Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis

Acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosisis is one of the most common deep vein disea- ses,which causes different clinical manifestations according to the anatomy distribution and extent of thrombus, and the failing thmmbus is apt to result in life-threatening pulmonary embolism. DVT＇ s treatment is very tricky, there is no satisfactory clinical treatment at present. In recent years, the traditional internal medicine and surgical treatment have been challenged by the technology of inferior vena eava filter place- ment, catheter-directed thrombolysis, mechanical thrombectomy, and thrnmbus aspiration involved in the clini- cal application. Here is to make a review of the current clinical research and interventional treatment of LEDVT, exploring the feasibility, efficacy and safety of these technologies.
