Currently laparos- copy is widely used in the resection of colorectal cancer,which has a unique environment compared with open surgery, such as pneumoperitoneum and stamp card. Laparoscopic surgery resection of colorectal cancer requires higher technology compared with the open surgery. The special environments and conditions have some impact on tumor metastasis. Here is to make a review of the impact on the metastases of laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer.
