氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀治疗原发性高血压76例临床分析

目的 对氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀在原发性高血压中的临床价值进行分析.方法 选取2009年2月至2013年1月在江苏省第二中医院住院治疗的高血压患者76例,根据是否使用氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀分为两组,分别为联合用药组（38例）和氢氯噻嗪组（38例）,联合用药组采用氨氯地平（每次5 mg,每日1次）联合阿托伐他汀（每次10 mg,每日1次）;氢氯噻嗪组采用氢氯噻嗪（每次6.25 mg,每日1次）进行治疗,与治疗前和治疗8周后对联合用药组和氢氯噻嗪组患者的血压、微量尿蛋白和臂踝脉搏波传导速度进行观察分析.结果 联合用药组患者在治疗后8周的收缩压为（140.25±11.94） mm Hg、舒张压为（84.38±8.75） mm Hg均分别低于氢氯噻嗪组患者的收缩压（84.38±8.75） mm Hg、舒张压（87.25±8.83） mm Hg;治疗后8周的微量尿蛋白为（15.39±5.28） mg/L显著低于氢氯噻嗪组患者的（29.37±13.21） mg/L;联合用药组患者的臂踝脉搏波传导速度为（1558.31±278.55） cm/s显著低于氢氯噻嗪组患者的（1701.63±529.62） cm/s（P＜0.05）.结论 氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀可以有效地治疗原发性高血压.

The Clinical Analysis of Amlodipine Combined with Atorvastatin in the Treatment of 76 Primary Hypertension Patients

Objective To analyze the clinical value of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of primary hypertension. Methods During Feb. 2009 and Jan. 2013,76 primary hypertension patients from Jiangsu Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected for this study, they were divided into group of combination therapy（38 cases） and group of hydrochlorothiazide（38 cases） according to the different therapy. Group of combination therapy was given amlodipine （ 5 mg per time, one time per day） combined with atorvastatin（ 10 nag per time, one time per day） and group of hydroehlorothiazide was given hydrochlorothiazide （ 6.25 mg per time, one time per day） respectively, then the blood pressure, microalbuminuria and braehial-ankle pulse wave velocity before the treatment and after 8 weeks of treatment of the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results In the group of combination therapy, the systolic blood pressure of （ 140.25 ± 11.94 ）mm I-Ig and diastolic blood pressure of （ 84.38 ± 8.75 ）mm Hg after treatment were lower than hydrochlorothiazid group＇s e SBP of （ 84.38 ± 8.75 ） mm Hg and DBP of （87.25 ±8.83 ） mmHg respectively; in the group of combination therapy, the level of microalbuminuria（ 15.39 ±5.28） mg/L was lower than group of hydrochlorothiazide （29.37 ± 13.21） mg/L after 8 weeks＇ treat- ment; the braehial-ankle pulse wave velocity（ 1558.31 ± 278.55 ） cm/s of the combination therapy group was lower than the hydrochlorothiazide group （1701.63 ±529.62） cm/s （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Amlo- dipine combined with atorvastatin can effectively treat primary hypertension.
