摘    要:骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs)是来源于中胚层具有多向分化潜能和自我复制的一类干细胞,主要存在于全身结缔组织和多个器官间质中,其中在骨髓组织中含量最丰富。在不同的诱导条件下,MSCs可以分化为成骨细胞、软骨细胞、脂肪细胞以及神经细胞等多种类型的组织细胞。Notch信号通路广泛存在于动物细胞中,在调节细胞增殖、分化和凋亡中发挥重要作用,它的配体和受体都是细胞膜表面蛋白,因此Notch信号是介导细胞间通讯的一种重要方式。在MSCs多条分化途径中都有Notch通路存在。该文针对Notch信号通路在MSCs向成骨细胞、软骨细胞及神经细胞分化中的作用予以综述。

Notch Signaling Pathway in Differentiation of Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cell

Abstract:Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs)derived from mesoderm differentiation potential and self-rep- licating stem cells, is mainly present in the interstitial systemic connective tissue and multiple organ which is the most abundant in the bone marrow tissue. MSCs can differentiate into osteoblasts, chondrocytes, fat cells, and nerve cells and other types of tissue cells in different inducing conditions. The Notch signaling pathway is widely present in the animal cells, playing an important role in the regulation of cell proliferation, differentia- tion and apoptosis, whose ligands and receptors are cell surface proteins. Notch signaling is an important way to mediate the communication between cells Notch pathway exists in different MSCs differentiation pathways. Here is to make a review of the role of Notch signaling pathway in MSCs differentiating into bone ceils, carti- lage cells and nerve cells.
